The Noyo Story


My name is Natalie Ergatides and I am the founder of Noyo. I am also the head chef, responsible for creating all the meal plans and recipes that my clients love so much they keep asking for more!

I am passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and committing to regular exercise without worrying about diet.

I am from a Greek Cypriot background where the women are always in the kitchen, cooking for their families, or just in case someone comes over. When I was growing up, there was never a shortage of good home-cooked food and I always loved getting involved with the cooking, so it was natural for me to pursue a career as a chef.

With over 17 years of experience working in kitchens, I have created my own style and realized that you can still eat good tasty traditional favourites but without all the fat and unnecessary additives. I have been practicing this style for the last 9 years with concessions in hair salons and in gyms.

My passion for cooking and training at the gym has brought me to combine the two together and create meals that compliment training programs.

I want to supply a service for people who do not have the time or knowledge to do it for themselves.

I believe it is possible, even in today’s hectic life – to eat well and live well – good nutrition affects everything else in our lives – Nutrition and diet gets you 80% towards your goal – my cooking can take care of this so you just have to do the last little 20%


Please note that for Monday delivery, orders must be in by 2pm the previous Friday.

For daily deliveries, orders must be in by 1pm the previous day. This allows us to source the freshest produce for your meals.
